Stockholm Film Festival

Science fiction-inspired adventure where the hero is destined to revive the ''Lost Arts'' - the four elements of hip-hop culture: break-dancing, rapping, graffiti and scratching. The music and sound effects are taken from DJ Qbert's (who also has a part in the film) 1998 album with the same name, and are here completely integrated and in sync with the moving images.

Technically the traditional cell animation is mixed with 3D, live action and photo collage. The film was awarded the Audience Award at the SXSW Film Festival in Austin, Texas, this year.
