Turning his back on a delinquent past hotheaded HP joins the police force, determined to start doing the right thing. He is recruited by the special elite police unit URO, an undercover team fighting drug trafficking and organized crime. But HP's impatient nature and disregard for protocol soon earns him a bad reputation.
