In this visually jaded, dreamlike yet disturbing drama, metaphorically limited in time and space, we take part in Osi’s and her boyfriend’s intense, controlling and secluded relationship. An opening violent incident, combined with the inability or plain unwillingness to remember the way of their micro-world leaves the viewer with a foul taste in the mouth. Dust won the FIPRESCI Award at the Cracow International Short Film Festival earlier this year. SARAH PÅLVALL
