Tom hits his head

This innovative and autobiographic short tells the story about how - surprise, surprise - Tom hits his head, and is a funny yet disturbing confession of a man who suffers from severe panic attacks. The direct narrative combined with a mellow, jazzy background groove creates a suggestive and spoken word-like atmosphere.
Director Tom Putnam, who still suffered from panic attacks when he made the movie, won the price for Best Short Film at the Aspen Shortsfest this year.
