There are so many things in life that we miss out on, and things we don't want to do because we feel that we are too grown up. In Things To Do, we get to see Adam Stevenson (Michael Stasko, who wrote the film together with director Theodore Bezaire) do the opposite of just that. After quitting a big city office job, Adam returns to his parents in his hometown. He gets re-aquatinted with his somewhat lost childhood, with the help of Mac, an old high-school buddy who becomes a best friend. Together they go through the ''things to do list''. It may seem lighthearted and childish, but there is something deeper going on inside Adam. This charming movie has strong qualities of what an ''indie'' film should be. The acting has an improvised feel, which adds to the sense of playfulness and childishness that are strong themes throughout the movie. With a soundtrack that fits perfectly, including the native Swedish band Shout Out Louds, Things To Do is a little heart-warmer.PATRICK CROTTY
