Keechie and Bowie, two people from different worlds, meet by accident. Bowie is a young rascal whose biggest crime is his naivety. He is duped by two hardened criminals into assisting with a bank robbery. One of the criminals injures him by accident and this is when he meets Keechie, who patches him up. They take a liking to each other. But Bowie does not have the strength to say no to other robberies, despite the fact that he promised Keechie.
