Stockholm Film Festival

This satire, taking place in Los Angeles in the 1960's, introduces us to Richard Hudson, a manipulative womaniser and car salesman. Beyond bossing, around his employees, stealing and lying, he also smokes before sex so won't have need to stick around afterwards. However, he feels bored and frustrated and decides to do something important with his life. He dives, head over heels, into the filmbusiness. This film-noir story about the sociopath Hudson is based on a book by Charles Willford, the author of Miami Blues. It stars Patrick Warburton who is best known for his character (as Elaine's boyfriend) on the American sit-com Seinfeld. The film won the audience award at the South by southwest Film Festival in Austin, Texas.
