This documentary portrays four young brothers living in the outskirts of Louisiana. They spend their days arranging cockfights, listening to rap music, smoking weed and blowing things up. Their obsession with aliens make them cover up in aluminum foil, which will protect them in case the aliens should appear in their backyard. The Aluminum Fowl is a stunning, yet dark, depiction of boredom. It was screened at this year’s Sundance Festival as well as in Cannes, and produced by O´Salvation production company, formed by Harmony Korine and Agnès B.LINN STYRWOLDT
