Soren, a neo-nazi skinhead, jumps on a train after a fight on the platform. He has got blood allover. On the train is a Jewish doctor, Jacob, who dresses Soren's wounds. Jacob urges Soren to visit his practice the next day. This is the beginning of a series of dramatic and therapeutic encounters between the skinhead and the Jew.
''An uncomfortable and insistent movie. Suzanne Osten once again states that people are born good, and she does so in raw, straightforward images, with an all-seeing eye and empathy.''
