Svenska hjältar

A modern tale of everyday rough-edged heroes, based on six loosely combined novels by Reider Jönsson (”My Life as a Dog”).
Among the characters are a lustful father and his unsuspecting daughter, the returning fisherman's son seeking reconciliation with his parents, an unfaithful but jealous crane operator, and a lovesick farmer. These men have for various reasons gone astray in the welfare system, and their attempts at leading ''the perfect life'' take us from Österlen in southernmost Skåne to snow-covered Kiruna.
