Anna is 40 and a grandmother. She inherits a ramshackle old house which she decides to renovate. She is no handy-man and her ex-husband Sten isn't much use either. By advertising for a carpenter in the personal columns she hopes to kill two birds with one stone and get herself a young lover as well. The problem being that he is the same age as her own son. Moreover, one man cannot satisfy a woman's every need ... A comedy about male and female roles and dreams of adventure and security. About the need for closeness and worry when possibilities suddenly present themselves.
