England in the 70’s. Billy lives with his mother in a typical working class neighborhood. Unfortunately their next door neighbor Dennis, is mad as hell. Constantly banging on the walls, he is driving Billy’s mother crazy. Billy on the other hand is having fun trying to picture the life of Dennis. With a mixture of live action, trick shots and animation of different kinds, the film visualizes Billy’s fantasies. Jesus flirts, cartoons talk, people shrink and spurt out fire.
