Rave Fever

A lost calendar ties together an odd collection of characters in the rave clubs of Hong Kong. It is believed that it belongs to Sonia, who has vanished without trace. The journalist Ashley tries to find her through her ex-boyfriend Stephen. At the same time Don is seduced into the club world by the liberated Nicole. Meanwhile, Gordon parties so much that he has become allergic to rave. All of them realise that the connection between them will lead them to the truth about Sonia.The use of quick flashbacks gives a feeling of insight with the disillusioned characters. They are not sure of what is going on or what they remember. But who cares about a vanished person when everything in life is about the endless party? In one of the leading roles is pop star Mark Lui, who has also made much of the film's music.
