Oops! is a relationship drama abouttwo men and a woman who work as background dancers in Bollywood movies and corporate shows. When Jahaan and Akaash, the two men (played by Kiran Janjani and Vikas Sethi). gets a lucrative offer to become male strippers they take their chances, The girl Nikki (Adyasha). who is in love with
Jahaan, does not approve, Jahaan in his turn, is in love with the good money, and in his newfound image as Casanova. The movie deals with how the lives of the three friends change, and all the mistakes they make during the course of that change.
A daring subject for an Indian movie, Oops! created
quite some controversy when opening in its native country. Nonetheless, the film also provides with classical Bollywood dancing and singing, only not from the usual Sound of Music-landscape, but from where the drama actually takes place, making the story even more realistic.
