West of Sweden's most disorderly policeman, Johan Falk is back. In the free standing sequel to the much attention given Zero Tolerance, he is thrown into an uneven fight with the Estonian Mafia. But against the threat from the East, neither the Swedish police force nor Falk can stand alone - a security company consisting of former policemen are called in.
Once again the press has weighted the content against the form. ''Nail-biting feeling, creative turns, and skilful effects together with flat dialogue, gender clichés and rough cut charters.'' said Göteborgs-Posten. Aftonbladet gave the film three out of five on their scale but showed otherwise no doubts: ''This is a film without potency problems, this is full go all the way''.
