During fourteen days, ten people in Berlin devotet heir time into killer, a game where all the participants have the task to pretend to kill one of the participants, preferably in a sophisticated way. The only information they receive about the victim is his address and photography. The hunters are also the hunted. The participants gradually become fewer and the winner is the one that stands in the end as the only survivor. All who take part in the game are equipped with a camera so that they can document their experiences. All the participants in killer. berlin. doc live in Berlin. All have creative jobs and several of them are from other countries. The ambition is to make a time document of Berlin helped by the participants. Their own films capture much of the city life, when they are stalking outside their victims houses or while tailing them. We follow the course of events partly from the directores angle, partly from the person waiting for a suitable opportunity to commit his murder, partly from the one that in turn is watching him. During the film the participants give their comments to their pictures, some objective while others in a more poetical sense about how they for instance are influenced by the victim-perpetrator-victim relation. While the game is depicted the participants are interviewed about their view of Berlin as a city. Due to the participants different background we get a nuanced picture of the German capital. This documentary soap is without sensationalism but with a purpose.
