Stockholm Film Festival

The film is set in an imaginary Tokyo of the 1950s. The government ruthlessly fights dissident activists. Kazuki Fuse is a member of the hevily armed special police force called Kerberos. His daily work is to eliminate the government’s enemies, especially a group of dangerous terrorists called The Sect.During a misison Fuse meets a young woman - code name Little Red Riding Hood - from The Sect. The memory of her death haunts him and lead him to her sister. They are both very lonely people, and an unlikely relationship begins. But behind these innocent meetings lurks a sinister plot, involving factories of the Police Organisation as well as a mysterious vigilante force called Jin-Roh (Man-Wolf). Fuse is caught between his loyalties and must face a test that leaves him just one alternative - to learn to be a wolf.
