Jackson County Jail

Jackson County Jail is the story of an upper class advertising executive who is mistakenly arrested on her cross-country voyage from Los Angeles to New York City. While in jail she becomes involved in a shooting and a jailbreak and soon she and a convict are being chased by the law.

Corman gave me a lesson one day for a half hour on how to direct that was invaluable, and he showed me up on the set for the first da and that probably cost three hours because he shook me up so much just by being there. /.../ Corman's great, three times he said yes, and there's been no bullshit. Regardless of what else, whether he fucks you on money or this or that, Crman gave me a deal and that was enough, even if now I can say it was a bad deal. A bad deal is better than no deal.
