“Sex without a permit leads to deformed children and most importantly, is destructive to the human body and the earth.” Those are the conditions of life in this beautifully bizarre short film, set in a futuristic environment with sparkling colors and settings. Trapped between adjustment and the possible effects of rebellion, a young couple struggle to get by. The man’s DNA is undesirable in this genetically engineered world that has no room for imperfect people.
