Fly From the Dead

Imagine a science class instructional video from the 50's. Add a narrator with a French accent, stunning kinetic camerawork, and magical climax, and you end up with Fly From the Dead. Paul Durango gives us a wonderful short film, filled with grade-school nostalgia and ripe with emotion. In less than ten minutes, he manages to make the viewer’s feelings swing from one side of the scale to the other, by following the life, then death, (and then life again) of a common housefly.
