After finishing her mission in South America, Drew Fontaine, the film's heroine, returns to Los Angeles to participate in an art exhibition. Drew, also known as Femme Fontaine, uses the art world as her cover while she is in reality a freelance agent licensed to kill. In South America she has taken care of a couple of drug dealers from a cartel, while she was looking for answers to questions about her missing father active within the CIA. In the meantime a number of mad neo-nazis terrorize the population of Los Angeles. Their ideological figure head, Gertrude, spreads her propaganda and unites the people in a white uprising. In order to find more answers about her father Fontaine visits a Buddhist monk in Los Angeles, by the name of Master Sun, who has cooperated with her father in the CIA. There is also a gangster stationed in the temple in orderto close a deal between his boss, Madam Lee, and the porn-film-producing drug dealer Moe. But the Nazis find out about the deal and go to the temple to get rid of the monks and get their hands on the money, which they need to finance their activities. Master Sun gets killed and Drew joins forces with Madam Lee to avenge their mutual friend. Suddenly her situation is further complicated by the FBI which appears on the scene and asks for help to infiltrate the neo-nazi organization. She finds out that the Nazi's money is being put into an Austrian bank account which is probably in the hands of a notorious German war criminal. No-holds-barred and a very tough attitude are characteristics of the shooting, karate kicking and sneeringly corrosive hard-boiled heroine. Her weapon is a deep cleavage and an enthusiastic trigger finger. High spirits characterize this low-budget production which can definitely be seen as a joyful and well-needed kick in the groin of all the macho films and macho heroes who have dominated the action market for years. Killer Babe for the CIA takes the stereotypes to their limits and plays around with our confirmed prejudices. Of course the skinheads in the film have a vocabulary close to that of a pig, the porn-film producer has a perpetual erection and the militant Nazi women have lesbian relationships on the sly. The film sticks a sharp stiletto heel in the predictable agent genre, twists it and leaves a tiny but deep hole filled with morbid humor, irony and sex.
