Stockholm Film Festival

A gang of happy Italian men full of expectations arrive in Sweden as guest workers during the 50's to find their luck. However, their meeting with the cold country is not without complications, The director Carlo Barsotti is an immigrant himself and a theater man with Dario Fo in the luggage. He makes this, his debut, with a warmhearted comedy about an absurd culrural collision. At the bottom is a serious reflection on how it is to be a guest in a world that will never become your own.
