On a clear spring day, a disciple looked at some branches blowing in the wind, and asked, Master, “Is it the branches that are moving, or the wind?' Without even looking to where his pupil was pointing, the teacher smiled and said, 'That which moves is neither the branches nor the wind, it is your heart and mind.'''Enter Sun-woo, part manager of the “Dolce Vita” sky lounge and bar, part gangster, completely loyal. Seven years he has served his boss who by now trusts him so deeply Sun-woo is asked to help him with a most personal matter. For three days Sun-woo will follow the boss’ girlfriend to find out whether she is being unfaithful. Does it turn out she is, he’s to take care of it.Easier said than done, the young woman moves the heart and mind of a gangster having run on auto-pilot for the past seven years, the mission not turning out exactly how it was supposed, and the discontent boss – in an attempt to teach Sun-woo a lesson – releasing seven years of repressed emotion.Rather a “whydunit” than a whodunit, Sun-woo sets out on a self given mission of bloody revenge, trying to figure out why he deserved such hard a punishment while taking out all of those who hurt his feelings.JONATHAN ROZENKRANTZ
