Johan Jonason, winner of the prestigious 1 Kilometre Film Scholarship 2003, contributes to this year's film program with a close-up on Stockholm's criminal underground, set in the suburbs. The story follows an ambitious crook that gets into a conflict with an even bigger criminal in a Chinese restaurant. Meanwhile, his girlfriend begins to doubt her loyalty. With the help of last year's prize for the suggestive short Terrible Boy, Jonason has made an interesting film with strong dialogue, offering both humour and stark realism.
