Take the best bootleg concert video ever, but add in about 49 other camera angles, mind-blowing editing, some filter effects - and Ben Stiller - and you end up with Awesome, I Fuckin' Shot That!. 50 cameras were handed out to fans, who in their turn filmed the Beastie Boys sold out show in Madison Square Garden, October 9th, 2004, each with their own perspective.Awesome, I Fuckin' Shot That! is a spectacular concert film that truly captures the sense of ''being there''. From following the band backstage before the concert, bathroom breaks, fans goofing off, everything fits to recreate the vibe of the concert for anyone watching the film. The Beastie Boys deliver an incredible performance with songs that span over their 18 years as rap stars. This film adventures into the depths of concert filming, taking risks with new ideas and concepts, and it all comes out on top. A truly innovative new take on the live-concert film.PATRICK CROTTY
