The Artist

Amir Chamdin, the famous Swedish rapper from Infinite Mass, does a mean portrayal of Frank Rivers, an Italian-American from Brooklyn who dreams of becoming an artist. An increasing debt to Paulie Pescatelli, a friend of the family but also a mob boss, forces him to work as a hit man.

The Artist is an impressive Scorsese-stylish debut, guest starring veteran Giovanni Barcia of A Bronx Tale.
