Hujong and Youngjak are a young couple with an adopted son growing concerned with his identity, Hujong, a former dancer, is now a housewife taking care of her son and dying father-inlaw. Her playboy husband spends most of his time with his mistress and becomes more and more alienated from his family, even though he still loves them. Hujong feels neoglected and seeks sexual adventure with a next-door teenager and continues the trail of lies and deceit which, through tragic events, leads to the irrevocable break-up of the family.
