THE LOVELIEST RIDDLE is the classic fairytale about love overcoming obstacles. Matej is a poor boy who wants to marry his beloved Majdalenka, but the one who is against that is the father of his fiancé. To be able to marry her Matej has to be rich, so he sets off to find a way to gain more money. He soon comes across a riddle guessing contest at the kings castle, and a champion at the game as he is, he wins over the entire thing. But the price is not money at all but a princess to be wed. Devoted to his love Majdalenka as he is, Matej has to solve the clue of to earn some gold instead. Will he succeed on his mission? Not only the people he meet seem to have an opinion about this; even the animals wants to have a say in the matter, and they won't shut up about it.
