5.1 Prints must be sent in clearly numbered reels on temporary admission.

5.2 Address where the print should be sent (preferably via our official shipper). The print must reach the festival a minimum of 72 hours prior to the first screening.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Upon acceptance to participate in the Stockholm International Film Festival, it is a condition that the official shipper be used for collect shipments (to be specified by SIFF no less then 30 days before the start of the festival).
Always notify the festival before any collect shipments are made of prints or press material.

5.4 Person to whom the print should be returned, prepaid door to door, no later than two weeks after the festival ends.

6. Promotional programs on TV stations and internet

The print lender is requested to provide several sets of at least 4 different excerpts of maximum three-minute length each on a broadcasting support.

6.2 In the event excerpts are unavailable, and it being understood that under no circumstances may an entire print be lent, do you authorize our festival and under its supervision, to tape several sets of four different excerpts of a maximum length of three minutes each. This is only for promotional use.

6.2 Do you allow?

Return of these excerpts to the film lender at his expense

For documentary and short films, the total duration of these excerpts altogether may not exceed 10% of the film's length.

6.3 The festival abides to not hold any other official screenings than the five (5) screenings allowed by the international regulations of FIAPF.

6.4 Do you accept to let the festival do one additional screening in case of very strong demand from the audience?

It will only be held after the festival receives addendum 3 of the FIAPF regulations providing the information on these screenings and duly signed by the producer or his empowered representative.

6.5 Additional rights granted
Please check below if the producer or his empowered representative wish to grant the Stockholm International Film Festival the non-exclusive pay-per-view and video-on-demand rights in Sweden for a period of 60 days starting Nov 1, 2010.

Grant PPV and VOD rights

The net revenues (exclusive vat) from such distribution shall be split 50/50 between the parties. The Stockholm International Film Festival shall report the net revenues no later than 0 days after the end of the license period and pay the due amount upon invoice from the producer or his empowered representative. material on loan (Digibeta PAL) should be supplied by the producer.

7. Film's agreement to participate

7.1 Company lending the film

7.2
The person named in point 7.1 commits to refrain from withdrawing the film from the festival. Should the film be acquired by any local distributor after the program deadline on September 11th 2010, then this commitment will be taken on by that distributor.

7.3 This film is lent to the festival on the double condition that the festival strictly abides by:
- The FIAPF regulations for international film festivals
- The additional clauses agreed upon by this film entry form
