Starting with a scene fit for any car commercial,a man and a woman drive a SUV up the sunlitserpentine roads of the Bulgarian mountains,accompanied by a smooth soul jazz soundtrack.A shattering, brutal scene waits around the nextbend. And then? Rabbits. Placed in the back,but nevertheless in the driver’s seat, they glarebehind empty eyes, with the fixed smiles of fluffytoys. “Rabbit Troubles” skips between parallelworlds and ties together events with the merepresence of the rabbits, making them the eerierulers of it all.
