Now theyrevisit pure suspense with their adaptationof Cormac McCarthy’s violent crime novel, a mean-spirited little sibling to the successful“Fargo” from a decade ago. Timeless moralitythemes of human weakness and greed arewoven into the high-octane manhunt, while darkundercurrents are brought to life by brilliantacting performances and the sensitive work ofhouse cinematographer Roger Deakins.
