7–18 november 2012

To the sound of a brittle xylophone, a lonely boy turns his steps towards the sea, leaving industrial smoking chimneys behind. On the beach he encounters an old fisherman, a dog and a baby bird. Together they stumble upon a wrecked boat, and they all join together in the hard work of restoring it.
Visual similes outstrip words, as Pajak communicates emotional states. The colorful cinematography, bursting with metaphors, makes it possible for a film like “Moroseta” to contain so much more than it initially reveals.
