Helicks and kisses the dough and gets a heavyhandedscrub down by his mother in the bathtub.Crawling under the carpet, the homebound songets out into a field, turns into a doll and is savedby a girl behaving like a wildcat.The symbiotic mother and son relationship,caught in a home-turned-mental prison, isshowed using close-ups and too narrow framingrestricting the protagonist’s field of vision. Onthe open field of his fantasy, he sees the world.Back in the kitchen, as his mother serves himsoup, he transforms his new experience intothe only possible action.
