Ghost

A perpetrator is on the loose in the South Korean housing projects and the police are on his tail. With help from flashbacks consisting only of sounds and voices, the picture of the incident becomes clear. Like a ghost, the predator is hidden – invisible in one of the evicted apartments, observing the police’s progress.Dachi Ma uses a distinct visual style and a storytelling technique that blends the past with the present time. Kentucky Fried Chicken’s Colonel Sanders plays a part in this drama. Ma manages to create a chilling crime puzzle in ten minutes.
