The most unexpected things can evoke the realization that life is worth living, which is something an old suicidal man experiences as he prepares to die. Methodically and purposefully he fastens the bar, from which he is about to hang himself, to the wall. He showers, brushes his teeth and sentimentally takes one last look at his family photos. The old man’s sudden epiphany provides a humoristic twist to this low-key comedy short.
