Anna pretends to be everyone else. She suffersfrom Tourette’s syndrome and imitates everyoneshe meets. When an old lady sneezes, Annasneezes. When a child cries, Anna cries. “Anna”is an endearing story about a woman looking forsomeone to share her coffee with. The director,Helena Stefánsdóttir, is a former dancer andit shows, as body language and music play alarger part than words in this Icelandic saga.
