In this puzzling story about the force of nature,ambitious teacher Clarisse lives a quiet, tidylife with her husband and son in a spaciousapartment in São Paolo. One day, she discoversa small leaf growing out of her right arm. Shepulls it out, but it keeps coming back. Soon, evenmore disturbing signs materialize. Somethingis aggressively taking over Clarisse’s body, andshe wants to escape her transformation.Performed with strong presence, Clarisse’sgrowing panic is seen through painfullyrealistic photography that gets closer withevery scene.
