The first scenes of this movie take place in the jungle, where a local crack addict meets a French soldier who has killed one hundred illegal immigrants. Together, the two men go wild in the jungle. One is consumed by guilt and the other abuses drugs. Meanwhile, a prestigious architect, who returns to Calcutta from Dubai, realizes that his brother is missing. This consumes him, and he blames himself for the situation. He decides to look for his missing brother and finally finds him in the jungle. He tries to help him but loses the battle against his brother’s strong drug addiction. Director Jayasundara employs dim lighting in many scenes, increasing the melancholic sensation of the story.
